AUV 2026 Peer Review Paper Submission Instructions:
The review process starts on submission of each paper, and accepted papers will be made available online as early access as soon as possible.
All manuscripts must be submitted through the Journal’s website: https://controls.papercept.net/journals/joe
Full Instructions can be found at https://ieeeoes.org/publications/ieee-journal-of-oceanic-engineering/joe-special-issues/
