Catering Services and Bars & Drinks Delivery 

Catering Services and Bar & Drinks Deliveries are being coordinated by the NOC events team. Please complete the order form below with the items you would like delivered to your stand or meeting room. Please ensure you complete all details below for each service period required. 

A member of the events team will be in touch to confirm the details / order.

Service of Alcohol

Alcoholic drinks will only be served if the Ocean Business Alcohol Approval Form has been submitted and approved to submit this please click here 

Alcohol service times are 

  • Tuesday 8 April 12 Noon - 5pm
  • Wednesday 9 April 12 Noon - 4.30pm
  • Thursday 10 April 12 Noon - 3.30pm 
Payment for deliveries can be made in the following ways:
  • credit card (via a payment link) on completion of the order a member of the team will email this.
  • invoiced to your company to enable this please complete our customer set up form by clicking here  (the event you are registering for is Ocean Business catering)

Catering Delivered Savoury Platters

To minimise packaging and maximise choice we are now delivering our classic packed lunches unpacked as standard. Paper bags can be provided on request. We will provide a selection of sandwiches, crisps, fruit and cans, based on the options specified below.

Delivery Bars & Drinks

Should you have specific requirements not on this list, please contact NOCevents@noc.ac.uk - a member of the team will assist where possible.
All items will be delivered to your stand / chosen location where applicable items will be chilled ahead of delivery.

A minimum sped of £220.00 applies to the Bars and Drinks Delivery Menu.
