Peer Review Track: IEEE Journal of Oceanic Engineering Special Issue

AUV 2026 Peer Review Paper Submission Instructions:  

All manuscripts must be submitted through the Journal’s website: http://joe.msubmit.net.

Authors should include a cover letter when submitting their manuscript, indicating that the contribution is intended for the “AUV 2026” Special Issue. Papers submitted for this Special Issue should follow the author instructions posted on the Journal website.

Special Issue papers should NOT follow the general author instructions on the Journal website. Instead, they must be 10 pages or less, in two-column, single line spacing format, and written using the conference template provided here: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html

Papers submitted to the peer review track and unsuitable for the journal may transferred to the standard track, subject to the judgement of the editorial board and conference technical committee.

Full length manuscripts must be submitted prior to this date to be eligible for the Special Issue. 

*Transfer from the standard track to the peer review track is not possible.
