Planning your visit.
The National Oceanography Centre (NOC) has a unique location within the vibrant Port of Southampton, Gateway to the world for over 1000 years. A stones throw away from NOC is the dock the ill fated Titanic sailed from. Southampton is now home port to some of the largest cruise ships in the world, you may see some of these while you attend the conference.
Southampton is an easy City to walk around. NOC is lucky to be home to one of the UNIlink bus service interchanges on its site (click here for more information), with a regular bus service across the city dropping off at the NOC main entrance.
