MATS 2025

MATS 2025 announcement

After careful consideration, we’ve made the hard decision to pause MATS for this year.

For 10 years, MATS has been at the forefront of the marine autonomous technology sector by providing a forum for a range of different organisations to come together over a three-day period to network and share the newest trends and technology in the sector.

Given the rate at which autonomy is being adopted across industry and the increasing overlap with other sectors such as data and digital management and AI, we want to ensure that MATS evolves in such a way that it represents the marine autonomy sector in its entirety whilst also continuing to focus on new and emerging technologies being developed. With this in mind, the MATS team at NOC will be working towards a refreshed and reimagined MATS, set to return in September 2026.

MATS has always been shaped by its community, with content informed by feedback from exhibitors and attendees alike. As we look ahead to 2026, we warmly welcome your ideas and input to help make future events as valuable, relevant, and engaging as possible.

If you or your organisation has submitted abstracts or secured an exhibitor place for this year's event, then the MATS event team will be in touch shortly to discuss your options.

We would like to thank everyone for their continued support and we look forward to seeing you in 2026!
